Dennis Hof, who is most known for owning the famed brothel, the Bunny Ranch in Nevada, has passed away at the age of 72.
According to TMZ, law enforcement sources revealed that they received a 911 call from the Hof’s Love Ranch around 11am. The call was for an unresponsive male. So far no foul play is suspected.
Hof’s Love Ranch became the center of attention back in 2015 when Lamar Odom overdosed while being entertained on the property.
Hof’s brothels had previously gained popularity through the HBO series “Cathouse: The Series.” The show documented the lives of the workers at the Bunny Ranch. The show survived for two seasons, with the first episode debuting in 2005, and later ending in 2014.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, in recent years Hof entered the field of politics as he was the Republican nominee this year for a heavily GOP legislative district.
Hof owned multiple brothels in the state of Nevada, which is the only state that allows them to legally operate.
