Faith Evans has reportedly settled divorce terms with her estranged husband Stevie J. As The Shade Room previously reported, Stevie J requested spousal support payments from Evans after filing for divorce from her in 2021.

New Details Emerge In Fath Evans & Stevie J’s Divorce Proceedings
According to RadarOnline, the outlet obtained court documents dated July 3rd, which reportedly state that Evans “informed the court” that she has “entered into a written agreement” with her estranged husband and their divorce.
The outlet reports that the agreement pertains to “their property and their marriage or domestic support partnership rights, including support.”

Additionally, the outlet reports that Evans submitted a copy of the agreement to the court with a request for it to be approved. Thus far, the agreement reportedly “covers spousal support and attorney fees.”
Furthermore, the agreement allegedly reiterates Evans and Stevie J’s reason for the divorce filing while maintaining that there is no possibility for the former couple to reunite.
“There are irreconcilable differences that have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage or domestic partnership, and there is no possibility of saving the marriage or domestic partnership through counseling or other means.”
Stevie J’s Reported Prior Actions In The Divorce Proceeding With Faith Evans
According to The Blast, Stevie J reportedly filed a declaration of disclosure in the divorce case in June. The outlet reports that this is an “important step” in the progression of the motion. It reportedly indicates “that one side has given all of their financial information to the other.”
Stevie J’s reported action arrived a few months after he made headlines for taking Evans’ 2023 Mercedes Sprinter Van. Stevie’s J alleged action occurred sometime in April while the singer was sleeping, as reported by HipHopDX.
Additionally, the outlet reports Evans filed an emergency motion to have the vehicle returned. Then, she also requested that the court ensure that Stevie J be restricted from her other cars. They reportedly include a 2020 Mercedes G Wagon and Chrysler Pacifica.
“The insurance policy does not cover [Stevie], and he is unauthorized to drive.”
At the time, Evans also alleged that Stevie J had a suspended license and was not covered by her insurance.
As The Shade Room previously reported, Stevie J has issued multiple apologies to his estranged wife throughout their marriage and divorce proceedings. Despite this, Evans has not been swayed to resolution.
