Welp #Roommates, it appears that things are all good between Faith Evans and Stevie J. these days. Following her arrest for alleged domestic violence against Stevie after a reported scuffle between the two—the case has officially been dropped because Stevie is refusing to testify against his wife.
According to @TMZ_TV, Faith Evans is officially in the clear following her arrest for felony domestic violence a few weeks ago. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office revealed that they are formally declining to prosecute Faith because Stevie J. (the alleged victim in the case) has decided not to testify in court against her.
As we previously reported, Faith Evans was initially arrested after allegedly getting into a heated argument with Stevie J. that reportedly turned violent. At the time, local law enforcement stated that Stevie was the one who called the police and only wanted them to remove Faith from the house—but he never wanted her to be arrested.
The police arrested her anyway because they said that Stevie had visible marks on him, which led them to believe that a domestic violence dispute had taken place.
Stevie J. recently granted us an exclusive and confirmed that he and Faith are doing fine and that he has no plans to go anywhere. There are also reports that the two are currently working on new music together, although no exact release date has been confirmed.
