Fabolous and Emily B have been holding each other down since that incident back in March when Emily claimed that Fab hit her in the face several times and knocked her front teeth out. It’s clear that both of them wanted to put this in the past but unfortunately Fab was just recently hit with 4 felony charges for the alleged assault.
According to @TMZ_TV, a grand jury in New Jersey made the decision last week. He was indicted “on 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, 2 counts of threatening to kill and 1 count of possession of a weapon … a pair of scissors.”
We posted the video of their argument outside their home earlier this year, which showed Fab yelling at Emily and threatening to put the paws on her father and brother.
Fab better get a good lawyer because every charge against him can “bring up to 5 years in prison.”
