As we exclusively reported, YFN Lucci is seeking an emergency bond hearing, as his lawyers believe his life is in “danger” after allegedly being stabbed by Young Thug associates in the Fulton County Jail back in February.
As you know, Lucci is currently awaiting trial for murder and racketeering charges. While he waits for an emergency bond hearing, we are told that there are no plea deals on the table in his current case, and they’re preparing to prove his innocence.
According to an exclusive statement obtained by The Shade Room, Drew Findling, his lawyer, stated:
There are no plea discussions. We continue to prepare for trial to prove Rayshawn Bennett’s 100% innocence of all charges.
Findling also says:
No one from law enforcement or the District Attorney’s office has attempted to reach out to Mr. Bennett or my law firm to discuss any threats or injuries Mr. Bennett sustained.
He insists they release his client on bond:
On behalf of Mr. Bennett, we maintain that if the District Attorney’s office is sincerely concerned for Mr. Bennett’s wellbeing, they should agree to release him on bond.
As you know, prosecutors allege Young Thug gave his associates permission to make a second attempt to kill YFN Lucci.
Prosecutors allege that two associates of YSL, CHRISTIAN EPPINGER, and ANTONIO SUMLIN, worked to get permission of @youngthug to make a 2nd attempt to murder @YFNLUCCI while he’s jailed in Fulton County.
If you recall, Lucci stated someone stabbed him back in February. According to TMZ, Lucci was on a video call when he says someone used a homemade shank to stab him.
Roomies, what do you think about this?
