Dr. Dre’s Estranged Wife Accuses Him Of Holding A Gun To Her Head In Divorce Documents Filed Days Before His Hospitalization (Update)

Roommates, we are still sending prayers up for Dr. Dre, as he remains in the ICU after suffering a brain aneurysm last week. Unfortunately, his divorce proceedings are still going on and new allegations in the battle have come to light.

According to court documents obtained by Daily Mail, Dre’s estranged wife Nicole Young is claiming he was physically abusive to her throughout their marriage. Nicole is alleging Dre held a gun to her head, punched her in the face, and slammed her against a wall back in 2000 and 2001.

Nicole reportedly filed the documents just days before Dre was rushed to the hospital with a brain aneurysm.

“I have explained I excruciating and painful detail the abuse that Andre has perpetrated against me over our more than 25-year-relationship,” Nicole explained in the documents. “Andre held a gun to my head on two occasions, on January 8, 2000, and November 20, 2001. Andre has punched me in the head/face on two occasions in 1999 and on January 8, 2000.”

Nicole went on to detail an incident where Dre. Dre allegedly kicked down a bedroom door to get to her.

“Andre kicked down the door to a bedroom in which I was hiding from his rage in 2016. Andre has verbally and emotionally decimated my personhood to the extent that I currently suffer from post-traumatic stress syndrome,” she said.

Things seemed to be moving in a more positive direction last week, as we reported that Dr. Dre agreed to pay Nicole $2 million in temporary spousal support after he was admitted to the ICU!

We hope these two can settle things amicably for the sake of Dr. Dre’s health during this time.
