While there have been many stimulus package proposals since the first one rolled out, we haven’t seen any come to fruition. It looks like, however, another package might be coming sooner than we think, according to Donald Trump.
In an interview with Joe St, George of Scripps, Trump says not only will there be another stimulus package, but it will be “very generous”.
“We had this going better than anybody’s ever seen before,” he said. “We had the best job numbers, the best economics, the best economy we’ve ever had, and then we had the virus come in from China. Now we’re rebuilding it again. We will be doing another stimulus package. It’ll be very good, it’ll be very generous.”

Although Trump sounded quite confident in that people will be able to enjoy the perks of more free money during the pandemic, he couldn’t give any details about what the package would consist of, or when people could expect it.
When asked how much the package would be, and when it would be officially announced, he could only say that it should be happening soon.
“You’ll find out about it. You’ll find out,” he said. “I think over the next, I think it’s going to be bi-partisan, so I think it’s going to be over the next couple of weeks probably.”
As we previously reported, the House passed a $3 trillion stimulus package, which would include more $1,200 checks. The package, however, has not yet been approved by the senate. This bill is not the only one that has been proposed since the first package. Many democrats have proposed ew packages which would give more aid to families and small businesses, but still nothing yet.
We’ll keep you updated as Donnie, the house, and the senate come to a conclusion, Roomies!
