Donald Trump has revealed his wife, Melania Trump‘s reactions to the recent assassination attempt on his life.
According to Newsweek, Trump recently appeared on FOX’s show ‘The Ingraham Angle.’ During his appearance, the former president spoke with the show’s host, Laura Ingraham, about the recent assassination attempt on his life.
“She was watching,” Trump told Ingraham. “She was watching live — it was all over the place.”
Trump went on to say that afterward, he asked his wife, “So what were you feeling?”
“And uh, she was, uh — she can’t really even talk about it,” he said.
Ultimately, the former president explained that he empathizes with his wife and her reactions.
“…which is okay,” he explained. “‘Cause that means she likes me — she loves me. I mean, let’s say she could talk about it freely — I’m not sure which is better, but she either likes or loves me, and uh, that’s nice.”
