Yesterday news broke that Kanye West was hospitalized, and that caused many people worry. The news came after it was learned that his Saint Pablo Tour was cancelled following a bad weekend in Sacramento.
TMZ obtained the audio to the 911 call that was made on Monday. In the audio the dispatcher can be heard labeling the situation as a psychiatric emergency. The call was made from his trainer’s home as it was described that he was acting “erratically.”
It was later learned that the 911 call was made by Kanye’s personal physician. He warned them that he was not violent, but could be once police arrived to help out.
According to the police report, the doctor said that he placed Kanye on a 5150 psychiatric hold and had him taken to UCLA Medical Center. The report also said that Kanye tried to assault a staff member at the gym.
Kanye was reportedly handcuffed to the stretcher while being transported to the hospital because it is protocol for those who are on a 5150 hold.
Many people began to worry about Kanye after he ended his show in Sacramento early on Saturday, before storming off the stage he went on a rant about his estranged relationship with Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
It was also noted that November is the month in which he lost his mother Donda West back in 2007.
