The test results are in, and court documents show that Rick Ross is the father of his ex Briana Camille’s two small children.
According to Bossip, the test results confirmed that he is, in fact, the father of 3-year-old Berkley and 2-year-old Billion. These results come after Briana, who is reportedly pregnant with their third child, requested immediate temporary child support for their children. She claims that Ross has not provided for their children since he allegedly kicked them out of his home late last year.
The court papers state that Briana has accused Ross of refusing to pay child support for their children, except for daycare, because there was not a DNA test. She also claims that he hasn’t paid child support since February of this year, as well as her prenatal care, nor the children’s medical bills, which reportedly cost more than $5,000.
As previously reported, Briana filed for paternity and child support earlier this year. Ross reportedly asked the judge to throw out the case because he had not been served properly.
Briana reportedly claims that Rick Ross received the DNA results on May 14th, and since he has not made any arrangements for support.
Briana, who is a military veteran, and was discharged due to a medical condition, reportedly has not worked within the past four years. With that being said, she has reportedly spent a large amount of money on rent. food and medical bills for their children and she asked that Ross reimburse her.
She has asked for a hearing as soon as possible for temporary child support and reimbursement on what she’s spent for their children’s recent child care. A judge has yet to respond to her motion.
