DMX has had his fair share of run-ins with the jails because of child support but he swears up and down that this time around the blame is not to be placed on him!
As yall know, DMX is no stranger to this child support drama but now he is pointing fingers to his former manager who, he claims was given the responsibility to handle his monthly payments and did not do so. He says as far as he knew, everything was handled.
Apparently not! Clearly DMX’s assumption was wrong and luckily he was released without bail.
So! According to TMZ, his business manager dropped the ball on making the payment happen which resulted in X’s recent arrests for non-payment. His ex-wife, Tashera Simmons isn’t too concerned about who was supposed to get her the money, she just wants her $10k scheduled monthly payment, honey!
Tashera shares four of her 12 children with DMX.
He is due back in front of the judge Nov. 18 to get to the bottom of everything. The judge warned him that if he did not show up, things will not go well for him.
Amidst all his drama, he’s supposedly working on a new album!
