Ralph Pittman is responding to recent allegations from his estranged wife Drew Sidora, who said Pittman was “physically aggressive” and a “serial cheater” during their marriage. As The Shade Room previously reported, the reality star couple officially separated on February 23 and news of their divorce became public on March 1.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Pittman reportedly “filed a response to Drew’s petition for divorce.” In addition, Pittman told the court that he never cheated on Sidora and “hopes” to resolve the divorce in an “amicable fashion” and “preserve the sanctity of the parties’ private lives.”
Pittman also denied Sidora’s allegations that he was “physically aggressive” with her during a dispute that took place between the couple last month.
Furthermore, he is also requesting “joint custody of their two minor children,” son Machai, 7, and daughter Aniya, 5.
On the contrary, however, Sidora is demanding “temporary and permanent primary physical custody” of their children. She has also reportedly asked for the court to award her child support and to maintain “exclusive use” of the couple’s marital home.
Pittman, however, has asked the court to remove Sidora from the Georgia mansion.
The judge presiding over the divorce, reportedly, has yet to rule.
According to RadarOnline, Sidora cited Pittman’s “repeated uncondoned adultery” as her cause for the couple’s divorce.
Sidora’s lawyer shared a further statement with the court.
“[Drew] simply cannot take [Ralph’s] continued blatant disrespect and mental abuse any longer… [Ralph] has participated in extra-marital sexual relations with persons other than [Drew]. [Ralph] is a serial cheater and adulterer.”
Sidora’s petition further explained that her estranged husband’s behavior has actually become “progressively worse” in recent months.
Such cruel treatment has actually persisted for the past couple of years of the parties’ marriage but has accelerated and gotten progressively worse during the month of February 2023.”
As The Shade Room previously reported, Sidora also considered filing a Temporary Protective Order against Pittman. According to further details obtained by RadarOnline, this was due to Pittman becoming “physically aggressive” with her on February 20, 2023.
Sidora’s lawyer further explained the particular incident to the court.
“[Ralph] grabbed her cell phone out of her hand on or about February 20, 2023, causing [Drew] to fall to the floor. [Ralph] literally peeled the phone out of [Drew’s] hand aggressively. When [Drew] begged for [Ralph] to give [Drew] her cell phone back, he screamed at [Drew] stating that he pays the cell phone bill; so, the phone belongs to him. [Drew] called 911, but no police ever showed up.”
As The Shade Room previously reported, Sidora is also accusing Pittman of withdrawing money from her business bank account during the week of February 13-17. Sidora alleges that Pittman used the money to fund his alleged extramarital activities.
In light of this, Sidora would like Pittman to be “solely responsible” for this debt.
“Drew wants Ralph to be ‘solely responsible’ for ‘any debt that he has incurred entertaining his multiple paramours, taking trips with or to visit his paramours, and gifts for his multiple women.”
As The Shade Room previously reported, PEOPLE broke the news that Ralph Pittman filed for divorce from Drew Sidora on March 1st. According to the outlet, Pittman shared an exclusive statement.
“Unfortunately we have made the difficult decision to move on to our next chapters.”
A few hours later, however, TMZ reported that Sidora actually filed for the divorce first, making it to the courthouse 61 minutes before Ralph.
Pitman also shared that his marriage to Sidora is “irretrievably broken” and the two have “no hope for a reconciliation.”
