Roommates, classics are classics and some believe they should be just that. Disney, however, disagrees!
According to the New York Post, Disney has a ‘Home Alone’ remake in the works, among many other classic reboots. Disney head Bob Iger says the show will be part of the company’s new streaming platform Disney+.
Disney+ is set to launch this November, and fans are eager to get their Disney movie fix!
It is unclear whether or not the reboot will feature its star, Macaulay Culkin. It is also not clear if the film will have the same plot.
It is clear, however, fans are not here for the idea of re-creating a childhood favorite!
Twitter users are coming out in disapproval of ‘Home Alone’ being remade, saying the classic is perfect and should remain untouched. So far, the film has been remade four times and none of them hit quite like the original.
