Crystal McKinney, a former model, is now suing Diddy after alleging she was sexually assaulted by him in 2003.
According to TMZ, the outlet recently obtained the lawsuit. The plaintiff alleges she was invited to a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City in 2003. At the time, she was 22 years old and worked as a model.
McKinney alleges that she met Diddy at the event. Afterward, he allegedly invited her back to his studio, where he and “several colleagues” were drinking and smoking.
McKinney adds that she took a hit of a joint, which she describes as “very powerful.” Afterward, she reportedly felt as if she was “floating” and speculated that the joint had been “laced with a narcotic or other drug.”
From there, McKinney alleges that Diddy “demanded” her to follow him into a bathroom. Once inside, the music mogul allegedly “forced himself on her” and forced her to give him oral sex.
McKinney alleges that she eventually “felt woozy and lost consciousness.”
All she remembers afterward is waking up in a taxi and “realizing she had been sexually assaulted.” According to TMZ, it remains unclear whether McKinney is referring to the alleged nonconsensual act of oral sex with Diddy or another act that may have occurred while she was unconscious.
Furthermore, McKinney alleges that she was blackballed from the modeling industry after the incident and even attempted suicide in 2004.
” [McKinney] prayed to God before bringing this lawsuit, as she feared further violence and/or retaliation from Defendant Combs, but ultimately decided that she needed to speak her truth,” the lawsuit reportedly states, per USA Today.
The former model is reportedly seeking an unspecified amount in damages and a jury trial, per the outlet.

Crystal McKinney’s sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy is not the first of similar litigation against the mogul. As The Shade Room previously reported, Diddy’s recent legal troubles began to unfold after Cassie filed an assault, abuse, and trafficking lawsuit against the 54-year-old in November 2023.
Within the 35-page lawsuit, Cassie alleged Diddy forced her to have nonconsensual relations with sex workers, beat her profusely on multiple occasions, and raped her.
Shortly after filing the suit, Cassie and Diddy settled the matter privately, per The Shade Room. However, footage recently surfaced of Diddy abusing the singer in an instance which she cited in the suit.
Later, in November 2023, another lawsuit was filed, accusing Diddy of sexually assaulting a woman in 1991, per The Shade Room. Then, in December 2023, Diddy was accused of engaging in group sexual assault of a minor in 2003, per The Shade Room.
Around the same time, the 54-year-old released a statement, denying the allegations against him as “individuals looking for a quick payday.”
In February, another lawsuit was filed against Diddy by his former employee, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, per The Shade Room. In the suit, Jones accused Diddy of sexual assault and harassment and alleged Diddy groomed him for nonconsensual sexual acts.
To date, the various suits against Diddy — outside of his settled suit with Cassie — remain ongoing litigation.
