Former Dance Moms reality TV star Abby Lee Miller has been sentenced to a year and a day in prison after pleading guilty to fraud.
According to TMZ, Abby stood before the judge and asked for forgiveness and said she fell victim to “fame” when Dance Moms blew up. Abby had been indicted on 20 counts of fraud after she tried to pull a fast one on her creditors by hiding $775,000 worth of income, so the judge had no mercy for her.
Abby will have to pay about $160k in fines and will be on probation for two years after she’s released.
