“Basketball Wives: LA” star Laura Govan recently came home to a not-so-nice surprise. According to TMZ, she found her home ransacked after burglars made off with a ton of cash and jewelry… $700k worth to be exact.
According to the police report, Govan’s home was a complete wreck when she came home last month from vacation. The kitchen window was smashed and items were thrown all over the house.
Cops were told the burglars made off with $98k in cash and $615k in jewelry, including a $50k Rolex.
LA has been quite the target for robberies. Celebs including Nicki Minaj and Kendall Jenner have experienced break-ins lately.
Govan has a security system, but Govan claims it was not on at that time.
A neighbor told cops she heard the dog barking one night around 1 AM, but didn’t think much of it. Govan’s motion sensor doorbell also detected movement that night around 12:44 AM. She also told cops video footage from her system didn’t save because it’s not connected to the cloud.
Police have not rounded up any suspects or arrests.
