Chile, DaBaby was in the news again, on Tuesday, for allegedly punching a driver in Las Vegas. In his true fashion, he disputed the claims on Instagram.
As we previously reported, the rapper has been accused of punching a driver in Las Vegas, in November of 2019. As a result, reports allege that an active arrest warrant for misdemeanor battery has been issued, according to TMZ.
DaBaby took to his Instagram stories and wrote, “100% false[.] Y’all stay positive[.] The devil gone always try you when you doing good.”
It’s being reported that the driver of a Mercedes Sprinter van went to pick up the rapper and his homies, while in Las Vegas.
Allegedly, DaBaby and his friends tried to light it up in the van and after a few stops of driving them around, the driver told them they could no longer smoke in the vehicle.
Once they made it back to the Hard Rock Hotel, the driver requested that they pay. But allegedly the Charlotte native punched him in the head and stated, “You ain’t the boss.”
It’s also being reported that law enforcement sources told TMZ that someone from his crew allegedly said, “You’re lucky you’re not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherf****r.”
DaBaby is no stranger to controversy. Several reports have surfaced that allege the rapper has assaulted someone.
We’ll keep y’all posted, Roommates.
