D-Roc, 1/2 of the Atlanta duo the Ying Yang Twins, had some of his fans concerned over the weekend when videos showed him collapsing on stage during a recent performance. He has since shared a message for his supporters thanking them for their concerns, and also reassuring them that he is doing well.
According to TMZ, the Ying Yang Twins were special guests at a show that was headlined by Vanilla Ice in Springfield, MO at the Ozark Empire Fair. About 30 minutes into their performance, D-Roc unfortunately collapsed and he was seen being carried off of the stage.

After the incident, D-Roc shared a video on social media explaining what happened.
He shared that the performance took place this past Friday and explained that although temperatures were in the 80s, it was even hotter on stage, which caused him to become dehydrated.
He said,
“It was 84 degrees outside, yes! But on stage it made the temperatures rise, so I was getting dehydrated. The only thing ya’ll seen was the fall.”
D-Roc continued to explain that he kept telling his manager that it was very hot on the stage, and he continued to drink water. Unfortunately, the next thing he was able to remember was waking up on a golf cart. Afterward, he made sure that he was hydrated, and the following day he was in the next city performing again.
D-Roc is not the only celebrity to, unfortunately, collapse on stage due to dehydration. As previously reported, legendary guitarist Carlos Santana also collapsed on stage due to dehydration and heat exhaustion. At the time he was performing at the Pine Knob Music Theatre in Clarkston, Michigan when he was also rushed off of the stage.
After the incident, Carlos did have to postpone a few of his shows.
