Desiigner better start counting his blessings because the D.A dropped the felony gun charges against him, but he still has a long way to go.
In case you missed this tea, Desiigner and four other people were arrested in NYC after a driver called police alleging that the rapper pointed a gun at him after a heated argument.
According to TMZ, police followed the SUV that Desiigner was riding in, but turns out there was no gun. His arrest for felony possession of a loaded gun was because of what the driver of the other car told authorities, the D.A. was left with no choice but to drop the charge.
Desiigner also caught another break because the D.A also dropped the charge of felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell.
He is still facing felony possession of a controlled substance and menacing. When police searched the vehicle they found OxyContin, methadone, and steroids.
