Countess Vaughn is over her longtime boyfriend #Roommates. The actress claims that her boyfriend David Benjamin has been putting his hands on her for years now, and even alleged that he threw bleach in her face, according to documents obtained by @TMZ_TV.
Countess’ claims was strong enough for a judge to grant her an order of protection. Countess said that David tossed bleach in her face to keep her from working in Hollywood.
She also said that every time she would get a break in the industry he would feel some type of way. She’s alleging that this abuse has been going on for about a decade, and says she suffered both verbal and emotional abuse as well.
The two have one child together but it’s clear Countess doesn’t want him around her kids. In the docs she says that David threatened to kill her one time and doesn’t feel safe leaving her kids around him.
The judge signed off on the temporary restraining order and David has to stay a 100 yards from Countess and isn’t allowed to contact her children.
