Could Brooklyn Be Getting A Notorious B.I.G. Statue?

Back in April it was revealed that a Notorious B.I.G. hologram was in the works, as he is expected to appear alongside Faith Evans in a music video supporting her forthcoming album, “The King And I”.

Now it’s looking like the late Brooklyn rapper may be making another return, but this time in the form of a statue.

Tanda Francis, a Brooklyn-based artist, constructed a 6-foot statue of the “Hypnotize” rappers face, and it’s been on display at the 210 Gallery in his hometown.

The Hip Hop Hall of Fame is currently raising money through GoFundMe in order to have the statue bronzed and displayed in Clinton Hills at Putnam Triangle Plaza, which is near Biggie’s Bed-Stuy neighborhood.

So far a total of $400 out of $35,000 goal has been raised.
