One of the jurors from Bill Cosby’s sexual assault trial says Andrea Constand’s choice of clothing played a huge role in determining if she was really a victim of sexual assault.
According to TMZ, Andrea showed up to Cosby’s house wearing a top with the midriff showing.
The juror felt like Constand was doing a little too much if they were just friends because she brought a gift–incense. He felt like if they were just friends then she should have “left the incense in the store.”
In his mind, having another trial is a waste of time because he feels that Constand was being pushed by her mom, whereas Cosby is really telling the honest truth.
