It looks like former “Scandal” star Columbus Short continues to spiral out of control. The actor was recently sentenced to one month in jail after being found guilty of violating his probation back in April.
Short tested positive to cocaine and marijuana use while on probation after pleading no contest to felony assault for knocking a man unconscious at a family gathering in 2014.
Following his one month behind bars, the judge ordered that he spends six months at a live-in drug treatment program.
Short had been credited for spending six days in jail prior to yesterday’s sentencing. His lawyer believes that he’ll be out in no time and said Short had no comment on the courts finds.
Hopefully Columbus Short can get himself together soon.
