Some rap girlies have been in an uproar for the last few weeks over Nicki Minaj, and now there seems to be tension between them.
The conversation started back in March when Baby Tate and Erica Banks shared that they had reached out to Nicki about possibly collaborating and got no response. Shortly after, Erica revealed that Mrs. Petty blocked her on Instagram.

One week later, Asian Doll entered the chat and stated that she was next in line to get the Queen in the booth, but things got extremely messy when Coi Leray revealed that Nicki was the guest star on her new song ‘Blick Blick.’

Since then, Erica Banks has made it clear that she has the utmost respect for Nicki Minaj as her favorite artist, but the Barbz aren’t convinced after she mentioned Nicki during a recent podcast appearance. Erica explained her frustration with Nicki on the Big Facts Podcast, revealing:
Well you know, I love Nicki but I just feel like I’ve been trynna reach out to her for a long time and I just feel like she really ignored me. And I feel like she entertains the girls who really don’t even know how to rap, you know what I’m saying? And my feelings hurt.”
Coi Leray Reacts To Erica Banks Saying Nicki Minaj Collabs With Girls Who ‘Can’t Rap’
Although Erica refused to name drop any of the “girls” she was referring to, Coi Leray laughed it off in a now-viral tweet, adding five laughing emojis to a clip of Erica Banks airing out her frustration.
Erica doubled down on her opinion about Nicki and her collaborators in the rest of the clip, which she feels is ‘the truth.’ Unfortunately for her, Nicki didn’t agree and blocked her from her Instagram page she said.
Now some people might get mad at me for saying that but it’s the truth. Everybody can’t rap, So anyway, Nicki got upset that I agreed with the person, and she said ‘Bloop, imma block you then. Since you wanna be ungrateful, imma block you.”
Despite all of the drama, Erica recently announced that she will be joining T-Pain on his ‘The Road To Wiscansin Tour,’ which will begin in May.
