On Tuesday, Claudia Jordan had social media in shambles, when she took to Twitter and tweeted, “Rest In Paradise DMX.”
After the tweet begin to circulate, many were asking where did she get the news from. Though she never answered, she deleted her original tweet, and followed up with, “I’m sorry.”
Someone responded and said, “It’s possible that she thought that the media had announced that DMX passed away[?] Claudia answered, “I did. I deleted it. And apologized. I feel awful.”
By that time, many people had a lot to say to the model turned talk show host. One person said, “You and your bob can go.” Another person tweeted, “The fact that you announced it and then waited over a half hour to remove the tweet is disgusting pull through x.”
There were quite a few people who simply said Claudia made a mistake. One commenter said, “She said sorry y’all d**n”
Shortly after, TMZ exclusively reported that DMX was still on life support and will have tests ran later this week.
In response to the inaccurate information circulating regarding DMX’s condition, Rifkind had this to say:
“DMX is currently on life support and in a coma. There are multiple people with inaccurate information about his well-being and it is not helpful and productive. Tomorrow he will undergo further tests on his brain function and his family will determine what’s best from there. We appreciate your prayers and support.”
As we previously reported, DMX suffered a drug overdose inside of his home around 11 p.m. on April 2nd, and sources close to the situation say that it triggered a heart attack. He was rushed to a hospital in White Plains, New York and is currently in critical condition.
We want to continue to send DMX our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
