Is it the eclipse, something in the water, these April showers? ‘Cause roommates, the way hip-hop artists have been going at it for the last few days is…whew! The latest — and unexpected — pair to go head-to-head on social media are City Girls’ JT and Yung Miami.
On Monday (April 8), whatever is going on behind the scenes between JT and Yung Miami took center stage on X (formerly Twitter).
The tussle seemingly started after Saucy Santana responded to a post a Nicki Minaj fan page shared. In his response, he alluded that there will be “a TV show” that discusses the Diddy-related allegations against Yung Miami.
JT then responded to his tweet, warning that her name “better not be mentioned.” She accused Santana of giving himself “a position of power.”
In response, Saucy clarified that he thought the fan page was referencing “Puff & those allegations.” He also asked Jatavia “wtf” she was talking about.

JT followed up by telling Santana to re-read her comment. Then, she shared a post saying, “What happens in the dark ALWAYS come to the light.”
Meanwhile, Santana continued to clarify his comments on his X feed. He accused Jatavia of unblocking him just to throw him into the mix. He later told JT he doesn’t “need to be mentioned” in her exchange with Miami.
For context, Yung Miami has been popping off against critics online since a lawsuit against reportedly Diddy accused her of drug trafficking and being a sex worker.
Over the weekend, she snapped when the innanet made a spectacle of her getting served over merchandise. Then, on Monday, amid Jatavia getting into with Santana, she popped off about someone sneak dissing her. She wrote, “A b***h been sneak dissing me for weeks and I ain’t say sh*t what a b***h mad at me fa?????!!!!!!”
In response to that post, JT let Miami know that it’s her “last day playing dumb.” She refused to break down the beef on X, instead asking for a sit-down with her City Girls partner — no Saucy Santana included.
JT then accused Yung Miami of enjoying it when people drag her but going “crazy” when people show her love.
Miami followed up by clarifying that she’s not “jealous of a soul” and claps, showing love to “everybody.”

When a fan pointed out that Miami is “really going through something,” JT clarified that she’s been there “from the beginning.” She added that she’s “not, never was & never will be the problem.”
Meanwhile, on her feed, Caresha accused her estranged best friend of playing the victim, sneak dissing her on social media and dissing her on her two singles ‘No Bars’ and ‘Sideways.’
Miami also suggested that Jatavia allowed the internet to create a narrative of jealousy between them.
Meanwhile, JT accused Miami of letting “the internet” tell her which songs are about her.
She also called Miami “attention seeking as usual” for not directly addressing her if she felt dissed with the singles.
Jatavia later called Yung Miami a “sad f**king case” in response to Miami’s accusations of kicking her while she was down.
Meanwhile, Caresha called Jatavia “a weirdo” that’s “always mad,” despite how she supports and pushes her.
Fans of the duo have been speculating that the gworlz haven’t been on the best terms. That’s because, in the last few months, their City Girls careers have steadily taken a backseat to their individual musical and entrepreneurial pursuits.
Most recently, JT also got into a verbal tussle with GloRilla on the same platform.
