Chris Brown has fans’ hearts throbbin’ and social media talkin’ after kicking off his ’11:11′ tour earlier this week with performances of his classic hits like, ‘Take You Down.’
According to TMZ, Brown began his ’11:11′ tour in Detroit, Michigan, on Wednesday, June 5. The outlet notes that the singer’s first tour stop was at the Little Caesars Arena.
During his concert, Brown reportedly addressed the belief that he’d been “blackballed.” TMZ notes that Breezy’s first tour stop featured sold-out seats.
“For a n***a they say is blackballed, this don’t look blackballed to me!!!” he said. “I just wanna tell y’all how much we appreciate this s**t. We appreciate y’all buying tickets, we appreciate y’all coming and even watching videos — whatever the f**k it is, if you support me and you supported me through my career, we really — I really appreciate it.”
According to the outlet, Breezy reportedly stuck to a FULL set list for his tour.
At one point in the production, Brown even humorously addressed his fans to let them know he has “a lot of f*****g songs.” However, he was trying to keep the concert to a maximum of two hours.
The outlet adds that in addition to the extensive set list, Brown didn’t cut corners with the production budget. The 35-year-old reportedly opened the concert with a Michael Jackson voiceover and wires that allowed him to soar over the crowd.
But perhaps the biggest surprise for fans was Breezy pullin’ out the rotating stage for a special performance of ‘Take You Down.’ Team Breezy fans would remember the stage from Brown’s previous performances of the song, which date back to the late 2000s.

Instagram user @jordantheshxt wrote, “Greatest performer of this generation, argue with your momma lol nobody else puts as much efforts in concerts and PERFORMING as this man he’s truly the 🐐”
While fellow singer Tyrese added, “The UNDERDOGS strike again.…. zelie already got me to buy 10 tickets. I guess I’ll be seeing baby bro kill it on the stage!”
Additionally, the reactions poured in via X, formerly known as Twitter.
It’s been a busy few weeks for Brown. As The Shade Room previously reported, last week, the father of three celebrated his oldest daughter, Royalty’s, tenth birthday.
Royalty celebrated the milestone with a cowboy-themed birthday party, which brought the likes of many family and friends.
Brown even showed up to the event sporting his own cowboy ensemble.
