After the release of Tory Lanez‘s new album Daystar, some people began wondering whether Megan Thee Stallion was actually shot in her foot/feet. Tory questioned in his lyrics how Meg could be shot and not hit “any bones and tendons.” The hospital records from Cedar Sinai Medical Center have become available to The Shade Room as well as Complex, and we have the facts in black and white.
We can confirm after looking at the reports that on July 12th Megan was admitted to Cedars Sinai with an admission diagnosis of “gunshot injury.” This means that the practicing physician saw her wound and determined she needed to be treated for a gunshot injury.
The reports also show that the physician found Shrapnel Megan’s left heel. Shrapnel are shell casing fragments from a bullet, in most cases, defined as debris from a bomb or explosion. The reports confirm that the physician treated Megan with irrigation and debridement which is the removal of hardened tissue or debris. In this case Shrapnel, from her foot. A medical profession prescribed her medication and they determined her to be okay for discharge on July 14th.
Megan’s discharge diagnosis was classified as “gunshot injury.” This means after treatment and procedure, the physician still determined that her wound was a result of a gunshot.
This should clear the air on whether Megan Thee Stallion was shot, because she was shot according to hospital records. Megan has already named Tory as the shooter. Tory is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Tuesday, October 13th. We are told that the hospital records and all information regarding the shooting will become public once the case begins.
