The owner of the Miami sandwich shop where a fight between influencer Brother Nature and a few other patrons went down is very upset about the way the story’s being told on social media.
In addition to releasing footage of the fight via the restaurant’s Instagram page, the owner of La Sandwicherie Brickell exclusively tells us that Brother Nature started the fight and put his employees in danger.
“The story has gone too far,” the owner said. “He posted that as if he was the victim. He tried to crush my restaurant…I’m giving all the footage over to the police and I’ve called my lawyer.”
Brother Nature took to social media on Saturday to call out those who filmed the attack instead of intervening but the owner gives his word that Brother Nature was no victim.
The owner said it all went down early Saturday morning when Brother Nature walked into his restaurant with two women as they were closing. The owner says the tables and chairs had already been put up but Brother Nature took down a few chairs and demanded to be served where he was seated.
After employees kindly explained that they were closing but he would still be allowed to order food at the counter, Brother Nature allegedly cursed out the employees and demanded to be treated better, according to the owner.
“I don’t know who he is. He’s a customer, so we’re going to treat him like any other customer,” the owner said. “That’s what we do. We make good food and treat our customers well and we’ve done that for 30 years.”
A few patrons apparently began to film Brother Nature’s behavior, which allegedly turned into a separate argument as Brother Nature allegedly became upset with the guys filming and asked them to delete the video.
The owner says the men refused and Brother Nature agreed to fight them outside while his employees attempted to keep things peaceful.
Brother Nature allegedly did take the fight outside and employees tried to lock the doors to keep the fight from wrecking the restaurant, according to the owner. But then Brother Nature allegedly rushed his way back inside and attacked another man, the owner said.
“Our employees asked them to not fight here,” the owner said. “We had to separate them. I have all the footage. He pushed the wrong guy.”
The owner added that he plans on taking legal action in regard to the damage.
