Britney Spears isn’t letting a pending divorce keep her from dancing and living it up, including with her “fav” group of men! First, the pop superstar uploaded a new clip of her living room moves on Saturday (Aug. 19).
However, this time, she used the caption to break her silence on Sam Asghari‘s decision to end their marriage. News of their marriage-on-the-rocks came on Wednesday (Aug. 16) after Sam filed that same day, per TMZ.

Britney Spears Says Love Is Suppose To Be Unconditional Amid Divorce
In her Instagram post’s caption, Britney admitted feeling “a little shocked” by their union ending after six years together. Nonetheless, the singer said she won’t explain “because it’s honestly nobody’s business.”
“I couldn’t take the pain anymore honestly !!! In some sort of telepathic way I have been receiving so many messages that melt my heart from friends and I thank you !!! I’ve been playing it strong for way too long and my Instagram may seem perfect but it’s far from reality and I think we all know that,” Britney wrote.
Spears added that she’d like to show her “emotions and tears” but has always had to hide her “weaknesses.” She alleged that not acting like “daddy’s strong soldiers” meant being sent away to be “fixed by doctors.”
While she twirled and flipped her hair in her lime green thong, black crop top, and black boots, Britney Spears also encouraged her followers to “smile” in her caption.
“If I wasn’t my dad’s strong soldier, I would be sent away to places to get fixed by doctors !!! But that’s when I needed family the most !!! You’re supposed to be loved unconditionally … not under conditions !!!! So I will be as strong as I can and do my best !!! And I’m actually doing pretty damn good !!! Anyways have a good day and don’t forget to smile !!!”
Ultimately, as she warned, Spears offered no explanations behind the filing. According to TMZ, Sam Asghari listed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce. He reportedly requests attorney fees and spousal support and plans to contest their prenup. The pair married in June 2022–meaning their legal union only lasted about 14 months.

TMZ says the date of separation in the divorce docs is July 28, 2023–a few weeks before he publicly defended her following an incident with an NBA player’s security guard.
One day after filing for divorce, Sam released a statement about his decision. He centralized their mutual “love and respect” before asking people to “be kind and thoughtful.”
“After 6 years of love and commitment to each other, my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other, and I wish her the best always,” Sam wrote. “S**t happens. Asking for privacy seems ridiculous, so I will just ask for everyone, including media to be kind and thoughtful.”

After breaking her silence on her estranged marriage, Britney Spears seemingly showed fans that she’s keeping it pushing!
On Sunday (Aug. 20), Brit Brit shared two clips that have social media buzzing with questions. But if any of her nearly 43 million followers have questions, they won’t be asked in Britney’s comment section. That’s because the singer turned off her comment section on both posts.
The first post features her seemingly topless–covered by a white bed sheet–wearing pink underwear and her boots. She overlayed the clip with Annie Lennox’s “I Put A Spell On You.” No words, just the music and a couple of sunglasses emojis as her caption. By Monday, the clip garnered over 350,000 likes.

But the second clip shows Britney Spears dressed in a green, sparkly mini-dress accessorized with white boots and dark sunglasses. The person recording the clip instructs a man named Gabe to “go,” which involves Gave pretending to lick Britney’s leg.
In the same clip, a cutaway shows four men holding Britney horizontally as she flashes a smile. Another man is seen smiling from behind the group while another person records the moment.
In her caption, Spears alleged that she tried to meet a friend, but paparazzi got in the way. So, instead, she invited her “fav boys over and PLAYED ALL NIGHT!!!” The post has over 456,000 likes.
“When you go to meet up with a so called “friend” and drive an hour for chicken !!! Then you have to wait in the car and need to use the bathroom … I knew paps were tipped off because the car I was in was never used before … so how I was I followed ???
