NBC News is reporting that police responded to a medical welfare call around 1:20 PM PST (4:20 PM EST). There was no criminal activity involved, and their sources say it was for his own health and safety.
This comes after Kanye has been the center of attention all week, following the rants at his concerts. Kanye revealed that he would’ve voted for Donald Trump at one concert, and put Beyoncé and Jay Z on blast at another.
The rapper also cancelled the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo Tour following his latest rant.
People have their different theories as to why Kanye is “acting out” including the effects Kim’s robbery had on the family, as well as him missing his mother.
Kanye’s mother, Donda West, passed away around this time (November 10th) back in 2007, and Kanye blamed himself for her death at some point.
This may or may not be his way of dealing with her passing, but we will definitely be following this story, and hope Kanye is doing well.
