Bobby Brown shared the sincere reason why he prioritizes showing affection to his wife, Alicia Etheredge-Brown, when his kids are present.
The 55-year-old explained that being lovey-dovey is necessary so the Brown bunch can see that true love exists. Bobbi and his spouse have been married for 11 years.
He told the publication, “We do a lot of hugging and kissing in front of the kids to show ’em that love is real.”
The couple shares three children: Hendrix, 7, Bodhi, 8, and Cassius, age 14.
“How we feel about each other is real,” the New Edition star stated.
Bobby said he prioritizes time to connect with his 50-year-old partner each day.
Additionally, he spoke of his adorable daughters, “The little ladies love gymnastics. They’re flippers. They definitely keep us busy.”
The Boston native also lost his son, Bobby Brown Jr., from an accidental overdose in November 2020.
The crooner said his children, who have transitioned, visit him as he sleeps, per People.
He shared, “I tend to dream about both of ’em, my son and my daughter, which is helpful to me.”
“Just being able to see their faces and I see ’em smiling, it helps me out in a big way,” he explained.
Mr. Brown will be returning to Vegas for the second installment of the legendary group’s residency. You can catch New Edition at Wynn Encore beginning March 8.
Bobby’s wife, Alicia, accompanied him during the first run.
