Bobbi Althoff has reportedly settled her divorce within weeks of her ex-husband’s initial filing. As The Shade Room previously reported, Cory Althoff submitted the filing in early February.
According to TMZ, court documents obtained by the outlet reportedly share an update from the podcast host. Althoff has asserted that she and her estranged husband, Cory, have “reached a global marital settlement agreement.”
Additionally, they have reportedly resolved any matters related to property rights.
“We have already exchanged preliminary declarations of disclosures, and reached a global marital settlement agreement, including resolution of all property in anticipation of filing the dissolution,” the filing reportedly reads, per PEOPLE.
Bobbi Althoff is reportedly requesting joint legal and physical custody of their two children. Meanwhile, she is also requesting that she and Cory pay for their own attorney’s fees.
Althoff and her soon-to-be ex-husband have reportedly agreed on the cause of their split being “irreconcilable differences.” Additionally, they are both reportedly hoping to “block the court’s ability to award spousal support.”
According to TMZ, a judge has yet to sign off and finalize the settlement.
As The Shade Room previously reported, Cory Althoff filed for divorce from his estranged wife around February 7. At the time, the pair had been married for three years.
Additionally, Cory’s filing indicated that he and Bobbi had been separated since July 2023.
Hours after news surfaced of Cory’s filing on February 7, Bobbi took to social media to address fans. In a statement shared via Instagram, Althoff explained that she was “sad” about the update on her marriage. However, she was “thankful” for her time as Cory’s spouse.
Furthermore, Althoff shared kind words about Cory’s parenting before explaining that they will always be friends.
