Just one day after a video of Black Rob in the hospital surfaced on Instagram, the ‘Whoa’ rapper has shared an update with fans about the condition of his health. Rob has been released from the hospital but is still going through a lot of pain and needs to rest. In a new video that DJ Self shared, Rob, advised that he has dealt with health issues for five years. Unfortunately, the rapper has suffered from four strokes and is having a hard time coping with the ongoing medical issues.
During the video, Rob spoke about his health and touched on his current living situation. He said, “This s**t is crazy, this s**t is hard, man. You know what I’m saying. I don’t have no house to live in, except probably an apartment, for me and my man.” As we recently reported in the past, Rob suffered from Kidney issues, and it seems like this could be the issue that led him back into the hospital.
Self has kept fans updated on Rob’s condition, although he advised he isn’t his manager. In addition to the video he shared, he also wrote on Instagram about Rob’s Kidney issues. ”Black Rob Kidneys are failing again. I’m here just to send out the message to see if someone can help,” wrote Self. “He wanted me to post a video to tell you what’s wrong with him but is having a hard time doing so.” However, Rob hasn’t confirmed this information.
Tons of celebrities have continued to show Rob an outpour of support, and producer Mike Zombie, who is known for the hit song ‘Started From The Bottom’ that he produced, for Drake, launched a GoFundMe account for Rob yesterday. Currently, the account has raised $9,000 out of the $50,000 goal.
We will continue to update you about Rob’s condition and pray that he has a speedy recovery.
