The Kardashian-Jenner legal team is keeping the pressure on Blac Chyna’s pockets! According to TMZ, the family’s attorneys filed new paperwork detailing how much Chyna cost them in court, and the debt adds up to $391,094. And this price tag doesn’t include the Kar-Jenner attorney fees.
The payment request comes more than a month after Chyna lost her $100 million defamation case against Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Khloé Kardashian. Chyna named Kim Kardashian in the suit, who also testified during the trial. However, the judge dropped Kim from the suit during deliberations for lack of evidence. The judge also determined Chyna must pay the litigation fees after the early May loss.
Chyna sued the Kardashian-Jenner clan, claiming the family defamed her with allegations of abuse against their family member and her former fiancé Robert Kardashian. In addition, the model said the allegations interfered with the couple’s E! contract for the show Rob & Chyna.
In the end, the evidence did not sufficiently support Chyna’s case, and the judge and jury seemingly agreed. None of the Kardashian-Jenner women were in court during the verdict reading, but the former video vixen was in attendance. Days after the loss, Chyna’s lawyer said Chyna plans to file an appeal against the ruling.
But the win is over a month old, and the family’s legal team is ready to cash in. Luckily for Chyna, she won’t have to fork over any coins until a judge’s signature approves the list.
Still, the prices listed in the filed paperwork reach six figures. For example, one of the highest ticket prices on the docs obtained by TMZ is $184,871.71, which lawyers used for “models, enlargements, and photocopies of exhibits.”
The attorneys also spent $63,078.20 on deposition costs and an additional $9,325.99 for service of process. Court reporter fees added up to $19,895. Another $96,622.47 went towards “other.”
The new filing is yet another blow to Chyna, whose Celebrity Boxing match against Alysia Magen ended in a draw this past weekend.
