Bill Cosby is set to be sentenced on Monday in his sexual assault case and let’s just say Bill better be getting as much fresh air as he can because prosecutors want the actor locked up as soon as he’s sentenced.
According to TMZ, Bill’s legal team plans on asking the judge if he can remain out on bail while his team appeals the guilty verdict conviction, which is smart because that could take some years.
The prosecutor’s really have it out for Bill because when he gave his guilty verdict back in April they wanted to lock him up then, but the judge decided to let him go on a bail of $1 million. He had to remain at home until his sentencing, which he’s done.
