#Roommates, the head of the Ball family may have some explaining to do as their apparel company “Big Baller Brand”
is being sued for breach of contract!
According to the @LATimes, a lawsuit was filed in San Bernardino County Superior court by a company named #ClosetCollection to the tune of $25k for breach of contract against Big Baller Brand.
A representative for the company said: “We tried for about three months. They said they would make payment about seven times. They just kept pushing it back and kept pushing it back. When it came time to make payments, they kind of bailed.”
The Closet Collection alleges they provided the Big Baller Brand with over 2,500 pieces of merchandise as well as web design that they haven’t been paid for and they want their coins! No word yet from Big baller Brand and the allegations.
