Halle & DDG Have BEEN Protective Of Baby Halo From The Womb

New parents Halle and DDG have been blurring and hiding Halo’s face since revealing his birth in January 2024. This comes after the couple hid the pregnancy from the world, opting for privacy amid the baby rumors and bumpin’ photos.

During her award acceptance speech at the Essence Black Women In Hollywood Awards in March, Halle opened up about that decision.

After all the backlash she got for her role as Ariel in ‘The Little Mermaid,’ Bailey became protective of her motherhood journey.

“There was no way in hell I was going to share the biggest joy of my world with anyone,” Halle said. “Halo was my gift. He is the greatest blessing, and I had no obligation to expose him, me, or my family to that unyielding spotlight.”

DDG has also previously spoken out about their decision to keep Halo out of the limelight. Most recently, he spoke to The Shade Room about his plans to propose to Halle.
