Whew chile, the cases against Donald Trump are piling up! As he is currently in the middle of an impeachment trial that could potentially have him permanently removed from office, Trump is now facing a sexual assault lawsuit that is demanding his DNA be tested to prove he raped a woman back in the 90s.
@Complex reports, respected advice columnist E. Jean Carroll, who is also a former writer for “Saturday Night Live” and “ELLE” magazine, initially claimed last year that Donald Trump raped her in the past, a claim he quickly denied. Now, Carroll is moving forward with her lawsuit against him and her attorneys want Trump’s DNA tested to prove it is a match for semen found on Carroll’s black wool coat dress she wore during the alleged sexual assault.
Carroll’s attorneys say they have officially served a notice to Trump’s attorney that he submit a DNA sample by March for “analysis and comparison against unidentified male DNA present on the dress.” Carroll is also seeking a retraction and unspecified damages from Trump following his previous denial that the assault never happened. Carroll’s dress has already been tested and a mixture of at least four other individuals’ DNA was found on the sleeves, including male DNA—this unidentified male DNA, they believe, belongs to Trump.
Speaking about the test, Carroll said this:
“Unidentified male DNA on the dress could prove that Donald Trump not only knows who I am, but also that he violently assaulted me in a dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman and then defamed me by lying about it and impugning my character.”
As of right now, Trump has not responded to the DNA demands…but you know he will.
Roommates, what are your thoughts on this?
