#Roommates, let’s keep these families in our prayers. At least 12 people lost their lives Wednesday night when a gunman opened fire at a local bar in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
According to Fox News, it was “college country night” at Borderline Bar & Grill when the gunman opened fire around 11:20 p.m.
“It is a horrific scene in there. There is blood everywhere,” Sheriff Geoff Dean said. Authorities were quickly on the scene, minutes after receiving multiple calls about an active shooter.
Witnesses told news outlets that customers were using chairs to break windows to get out, and some hid in the attic in the club.
This story is still developing but so far we do know that the shooter is dead, but how he died isn’t yet known.
