Apollo Nida Transferred To Low Security Facility, Very Possible For Early Release

Radar Online is reporting that Apollo Nida has been transferred to a low security New Jersey facility. He was previously being held at FMC Lexington in Kentucky, but while he is a convicted felon, many people have speculated whether or not this means that he will be home much sooner than everyone thinks.

Radar on line reports:

“Apollo Nida has a new prison to call home. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star and convicted felon, who infamously turned himself in to Kentucky’s FMC Lexington a day late in September 2014, has been transferred to FCI Fort Dix correctional facility in New Jersey, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal. The Federal Bureau of Prisons confirms that the 37-year-old estranged husband of Phaedra Parks is currently behind bars at the low-security institution for male inmates. ‘He transferred about two weeks ago,’ an insider tells Radar.”

Fortunately this does mean that he gets to come home a little early! The Bureau of Prisons state that August 29, 2020 is his official release date, 2 years less than his original 8 year sentence. Jesus fixed it, y’all!

It will be interesting to see how this story unfolds on the coming seasons of Real Housewives of Atlanta, because word on the street is that Apollo allegedly has not had any visits from his wife Phaedra, nor the boys! Say it ain’t so!
