Aoki Lee Simmons Shares Her Thoughts On Darius Daulton Jackson’s Commentary
Simmons appeared to take to her Instagram Story on Thursday to share her thoughts on Darius Daulton Jackson’s commentary. Although the footage now seems to be deleted, as of Friday morning, The Shade Room shared a screen recording of the video Thursday evening.
In the video, Simmons appears to be lounging and casually begins speaking on the matter.
“I just want to say, I don’t know Keke Palmer’s boyfriend…”
She goes on by asking viewers if Jackson believed his critique of Palmer would be substantiated by their support.
“Also, what did he think that we were going to say? Like agree? And then we’re going to what? Yell at your girlfriend and the mother of your child?”
Simmons continued by seemingly insinuating that Jackson may have believed social media users would “gang up on” Palmer with him.
“We don’t know you! Also, what?”
Then Simmons went on to refer to Jackson’s tweets about Palmer as “unhinged.”
“It was unhinged the way the tweets were — I just, what did he think we were going to do? Agree?

“Did he think that we were going to agree… with him… against Keke Palmer?! It was never going to work.”
Social Media Reacts To Aoki Lee Simmon’s Commentary
Social media users weighed in on Simmon’s thoughts in The Shade Room’s comment section.
One user, @deaciamorrison, spoke about the situation between Jackson and Palmer becoming a public matter rather than a private one.
“All he had to do was talk to keke in private. Like why would you bring our issues to the internet? Cause you’re sassy that’s why 😑”
“Let’s love Keke enough not to keep going in on the man she loves. He shouldn’t have tweeted it, but let’s move on.”
Meanwhile, another Instagram user appeared to call Simmons out for “crying” on the internet about family drama just a few weeks ago. As The Shade Room previously reported, Simmons and her mother, Kimora, publicly exposed her father, Russell Simmons, for his alleged mistreatment of her and her sister, Ming Lee.
“AOKI LEE SIMMONS OF ALL PPL SHOULD NOT DO THIS. YOU WAS JUST ON HERE A FEW WERKS CRYING YOUR EYES OUT ABOUT YOUR FAMILY PROBLEMS AND WE SENT OUR HEART OUT TO YOU. NOW YOU ON HERE SAYING YOU PRAY FOR THAT MANS DOWNFALL and YOU HATE HIM WHICH IS A VERY HARSH WORD FOR SOMEONE YOU SAY YOU DONT KNOW. NOW IF THESE FOLK HAD SAID THEY HATE YOU AND PRAY FOR YOUR DOWNFALL. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL. WHAT U PUT OUT IS WHAT YOU GET BACK. BE TREAD LIGHTLY LIL SIS”
Meanwhile, Instagram user amber.lanea_ merely added.
“Sis been Expressing her thoughts a lot lately”

As The Shade Room previously reported, Jackson deactivated his Twitter account Thursday afternoon. However, he reactivated it Thursday evening, noting that he was “controlling” notifications.
Additionally, he thanked Elon Musk for creating that feature for the social media app.
Entertainment Tonight reports that Jackson has also deleted pictures of Keke Palmer from his Instagram page. Palmer, meanwhile, appears to be focused on her work as she most recently shared a post regarding her podcast.
