Antonio Brown took to social media on Thursday to get some things off of his chest about the NFL ahead of a scheduled meeting with NFL investigators.
He took to his twitter account to say, “Imagine conforming to a system giving it 100 percent to see them treat me like this is unfairly! Making money off my sweat and blood, f*ck the NFL, I’ll never play in that sh*t. Treat black people the worse! Clear my name and go f*ck yourself.”
According to ESPN, Antonio is reportedly scheduled to meet with the NFL next week concerning the accusations of sexually assaulting multiple women. However, this is not the first time he has turned to social media to express his frustrations after the allegations against him were revealed.
As we previously reported, Antonio’s former trainer Britney Taylor alleged that he sexually assaulted her. Shortly after, he was accused by another woman who said that she was an artist that had reportedly been working at his home back in 2017.
He was released from the New England Patriots in the third week of the current NFL season after only playing one game.
Back in September, the NFL released a statement that stated Antonio would not be placed on the commissioner’s exempt list while he is currently a free agent, however, “if he is signed by a club, such placement may become appropriate at any time depending on the status of the investigation.”
His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, reportedly said, that there are “a few teams that are very interested in signing Antonio once this process is over.”
A source reportedly revealed to ESPN’s Dan Graziano that Antonio is seeking $39.775 million in lost salary, bonuses, and guaranteed money, after filing eight grievances against the Raiders and the Patriots.
