It looks like Anthony Anderson and Alvina Stewart have worked out some of the nitty-gritty details of their split, with the ‘Black-ish’ actor being ordered to pay $20K a month in spousal support. However, that amount could potentially increase in the future.

Anthony Anderson Will Reportedly Pay An Extra 20% If His Annual Income Exceeds $2M
Entertainment Tonight reports that the ruling arrived on Wednesday (Sept. 20), per court documents.
While Anthony Anderson was ordered to cough up $20K each month, a stipulation was added noting that — in the event of his annual income exceeding $2M — he’ll have to pay an additional 20% of his earnings.
As for how the former couple’s assets were split, the judge granted Anderson their L.A. home and 2004 Land Rover. Stewart, meanwhile, is keeping their Houston home and 2022 Mazda.
It’s also worth pointing out that Anthony Anderson and Alvina Stewart shared a set of burial plots, though they’ve understandably opted to sell them and share the profits.
TMZ confirmed Entertainment Tonight’s report, adding that Anderson was also ordered to return a gun registered to Stewart within the next 30 days.
Alvina Stewart Called Off Their Split In 2017 Before Refiling 5 Years Later
Anthony Anderson and Alvina Stewart tied the knot back in 1999, and they share two children: Kyra and Nathan.
After initially separating in 2014, Stewart filed to divorce Anderson in 2015. However, the pair had called the divorce off and opted to reconcile by 2017.
Despite withdrawing her petition in 2017, Alvina refiled for divorce last year and reportedly cited “irreconcilable differences,” per Us Weekly.
There are no further updates at this time, and we wish both parties well as they continue to move forward.
