Angel Reese is reacting after a social media user seemingly deciphered what they believed she said about her “man” in a recent viral video.
On Friday, April 12, the WNBA took to X, formerly Twitter, to share a video of Reese. In the caption, the organization let social media users know that Reese was sitting courtside at the NY Knicks game.
From there, the clip of Reese was retweeted by an Ice Spice fan account, and their retweet apparently surfaced on X user @lolovictoria_’s feed. In response, the X user retweeted the clip by adding a quote of what she believed Reese said while being recorded.
“‘Why she always in my man likes??'” the X user wrote, adding multiple laughing emojis.

Social media users reacted to the X user’s observation in The Shade Room’s comment section. Many appeared to believe that her assumption of what Reese said was spot on.
While Instagram user @thearielpryor added, “And again . Like she said … why is she always in her man likes ????”
Instagram user @thareal_jassie wrote, “This is how delusional I am when I see someone in Drakes likes. Like girl gone on”
Additionally, on Saturday, April 13, Reese took to X to respond to the user’s observation.
“this is not what i said lmaooo i don’t have a man AT ALL,” she wrote.
Furthermore, Uncle Luke even chimed in to humorously correct Reese about not having a man.
As The Shade Room previously reported, Reese revealed her breakup with fellow basketball player Cam’Ron Fletcher in March. The pair reportedly went public with their relationship in June 2023.
In March, Reese explained that she was single and didn’t want to be “attached” to any man.
Additionally, Reese seemingly explained why she chose to focus solely on herself.
