It looks like congrats are in order to Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song. The couple welcomed their first child together, Dakota Song Culkin.
According to Esquire, the couple welcomed their son last week on April 5th at 1:10 p.m., in Los Angeles, weighing in at 6lbs and 14 ounces. This is the first child for both Macaulay and Brenda. They decided to name their son after Macaulay’s sister Dakota, who unfortunately passed away in 2008.
The couple expressed their excitement for their new bundle of joy by simply saying, “We’re overjoyed.”
For those who may not be familiar with the two former child stars’ romance story, Esquire notes that the two met on set in Thailand for the 2019 film “Changeland.”
Last year, the magazine talked with Brenda about their romance for their cover story on Macaulay, and she said, “You can’t be around him and not be happy.”
Many of us have grown up watching both Macaulay and Brenda in their various roles. Macaulay of course has famously starred in “Home Alone,” and “Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.” As well as other classics such as “My Girl,” “The Good Son,” and “The Pagemaster.”
Brenda is known for her role as London Tipton in the Disney series “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.” She also starred in films such as “Like Mike,” “Wendy Wu: The Homecoming Warrior,” and many other roles.
Congrats again to Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song on the birth of their baby boy.
