#Roommates, there has been another development in the ongoing legal saga involving Tekashi 69. One of the men responsible for previously kidnapping him has just been sentenced to almost 25 years in prison stemming from a host of federal charges.
@TMZ_TV reports, Anthony “Harv” Ellison, who was one of the Nine Trey gang members who helped orchestrate the kidnapping of Tekashi 69, was recently sentenced in a federal court in New York City. The judge in the case sentenced him to 24 years in prison for racketeering, kidnapping, and assault charges for which he was convicted of back in October 2019.
However, that’s not the only legal drama Ellison is involved in. In addition to his prison sentence, he also received five years of supervised release. You may recall that his sentencing comes over a year after his case initially went to trial—the same case where Tekashi infamously snitched on him while on the witness stand and identified Ellison as his kidnapper.
While the kidnapping was the main crime that federal prosecutors were focused on, they were also successful in convicting Ellison, with Tekashi’s help, of various other crimes connected to the Nine Trey street gang.
Tekashi and Ellison were initially very close friends until their relationship went south, resulting in Ellison plotting the kidnapping scheme to get revenge. Tekashi stated that he was abducted, taken for a ride around town, pistol-whipped and extorted for money.
