Roommates, it’s been a week and practically everyone across the country is still talking about the fly that landed on Mike Pence’s head during the vice presidential debate—including Kamala Harris. During a recent interview Kamala was asked if she saw the fly and although she tried to keep it classy, she not only confirmed it, but also couldn’t contain her laughter.
While being interviewed by MSNBC host Rachel Maddow, who decided to flex her petty muscles, Kamala Harris attempted to take the high road regarding the fly on Mike Pence’s head, but ultimately couldn’t hold back her laughter after confirming that she indeed saw it just like everyone else.
Maddow asked, “I just realize that I would kick myself if I didn’t ask you before I let you go if you noticed the fly on Vice President Pence’s head or if that was something only—we could see it at home, could you see it sitting next to him?”
Kamala, responded by holding in her laugh while shaking her head “yes.” Maddow added, “Did you have feelings about, did you have an instinct to…?” she asked while making a swatting gesture.
Kamala then responded with the perfect answer, saying “I think that it’s important that we kind of find a way, all of us, to move on and you know kind of fly away from this subject on to something else,” she responded as she bursted out laughing.
