News broke that Solange Knowles’ business partner, 24-year-old Armina Mussa, was stabbed 10 times outside of her New Orleans home on Wednesday.
According to Nola.com, Mussa was allegedly stabbed by 26-year-old Arronesia Christophe after Mussa began yelling at her to leave her home.
Christophe says that she was acting in self defense. “We’re just friends, why do I have to leave?” she allegedly told Mussa just before things turned violent, according to the police report.
She described that after she refused to leave Mussa pulled her hair and began to beat on her, in turn Christophe pulled a pocket knife and began to repeatedly stab Mussa.
Christophe, who says she didn’t realize the damage she caused until after hearing Mussa yell “You stabbed me!”, has been arrested and charged with attempted second degree murder. Mussa is in critical condition but is expected to survive.
