Nicki Minaj Reveals She Wanted To Hop On Beyonce’s ‘Sorry’

TSR Tunez: Nicki Minaj emerged from this morning’s Twitter feud on a Beverly Hills stage tonight, sitting pretty for a conversation hosted by Pollstar Live. During the forum, Nicki shared that not only is new music coming, but she also revealed that she wanted to hop on Beyonce’s song “Sorry” from Bey’s legendary “Lemonade” album.

“When I heard Beyonce’s album and she did a song called ‘Sorry,’ I was like, ‘Girl, why you ain’t let me do 12 bars on that?’ I was thinking in my head because I love that song,” Nicki said to host Irving Azoff.

And now I’m wondering the same thing, too. Anytime Nicki and Queen Bey collabed, it’s been a certified bop.
